1. Shipping Area

We ship across Canada, the United States, and internationally.

2. Currency & Pricing

Prices are automatically converted to US dollars (USD) for customers outside Canada, based on the daily exchange rate. The exact USD amount is displayed at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

🚚 Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more (before tax), regardless of destination.

Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee based on destination (see section 5).

4. Processing Time

⏱️ Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) ship the same day (business days).

Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

5. Carrier & Shipping Rates

The carrier and rate are determined automatically based on your destination:

Shipping is free on all orders of $150 or more (before tax). Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, high volumes, or remote locations.

6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No mention of cannabis, seeds, or "Plantation Premium Seeds" appears on the outside of the package. The return address shows only a generic business name.

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or in your account dashboard.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Package not delivered within the estimated time: contact us within 15 days of the shipping date. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged package: take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: depending on the investigation outcome, we will reship or issue a refund.

9. Restrictions & Liability

  • Cannabis seeds are sold for collection and genetic preservation purposes only.
  • It is your responsibility to verify local laws regarding the import and possession of cannabis seeds in your jurisdiction.
  • We are not responsible for packages seized by customs for international shipments.
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted: our carriers (Purolator, UPS) deliver to a street address only.
